What can I say, ed absolutely took my mums breath away, his fantastic playing genuinely brought tears to my mums eyes. ed arnold is a genuinely lovely man, who presented himself immaculately as a surprise for my mother on mothers day.Even asked my mum if she would like to request a song, which of course he knew.
I can not reccomend this fantastic player and gentleman enough.

Ed recently played at our wedding in Derbyshire and WOW what a fantastic bagpiper and gentleman Ed is!! He played outside Church for when the guests arrived and he piped me down to the Church door ready for me to go in and get married. He then came up to the wedding reception venue to again play as the guests arrived and finally he piped us to the top table! My husband is Scottish and my mother-in-law too and both said his bagpiping was impeccable and I have to agree! Throughout Covid we've kept in touch and he replies really quickly to any queries that you may have. To top it all he is a true gentleman aswel a genuinely great guy. Literally really made our day that little bit more special, would wholeheartedly recommend!

We hired Ed recently for him to play at my Nanna’s funeral. It was always her wish that the Bagpipes were played for her on her funeral day and I have to say it was the most beautiful thing to ever happen. Although our pain was unbearable, Ed made the most horrific time so beautiful. He travelled from Sheffield to Leicester for us. He stayed in contact the whole time until arrival and played every song we asked of him. Thank you so much Ed for completing my Nan’s final wish. God bless you.

I would like to thank Ed Arnold for making my Dad's 80th birthday such a special day and a huge surprise for him. We arranged for him to walk up my Dad's little road playing Happy Birthday, then he stood outside his house in front of my Dad's gate. He then went on to play lots of other tunes which my Dad loved. He played them beautifully. This meant so much to my Dad and family. So once again a massive thank you Ed, what a professional man you are. I'd highly recommend.

I cannot stress enough how professional Ed is and how well he plays the bagpipes. He recently played at my father-in-law's funeral and everybody commented how good he was. Even the funeral director said he was the best that he had ever heard. So much so that when he finished playing he drew a spontaneous round of applause from the crowd that had gathered at the park railings across the road and of course everybody that had already left the church joined in.

Ed Arnold played at our wedding on the 27th of July 2019 at Bolton Percy Church and then at our reception, Hazelwood castle.
He was quite simply mind blowing!
Dressed in full adornment and having such presence I felt totally captivated and emotional by his brilliance on the bagpipes.
He was so professional in every particular of the day and in my mind and my wife also - made our special day exceptional.
I felt humbled to have been in his company and can only hope that I find another occasion fitting to request him play for us again.
I wish my uncle Jim mcgillavray had still been with us to experience the day as I know he would have been so proud.
Eds piping evoked far distant memories of my childhood in the Scottish Highlands and I am eternally grateful.
